1. Service description
Image to Poetry provides AI-assisted image understanding, authentic classical poetry matching, layout preview, and poetic poster creation. You can upload an eligible image without registering, view its match, and create and download a poster in your browser.
We may adjust models, the poetry collection, page features, file limits, and workflows as technical conditions change. Service may be temporarily interrupted by maintenance, third-party failures, or resource limits.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to understand and agree to these terms. If you use the site on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
3. Free allowance and fair use
The site currently provides a free usage allowance and applies necessary anti-abuse controls. The available allowance is determined by the notices shown on the site and actual service conditions.
We may adjust allowances, reject anomalous requests, or restrict automated or large-scale access that affects other users, based on resource costs, security risk, or third-party service limits.
4. Your images and processing permission
You retain the rights you lawfully hold in uploaded images. You confirm that you lawfully possess or have the necessary permission for each image and that it does not infringe another person’s copyright, publicity, privacy, or other lawful rights.
To provide image understanding, poetry matching, and poster creation, you grant us a non-exclusive, limited permission to read, compress, transmit, and analyze an image solely as necessary to provide that service. This permission does not allow us to publish or sell your image.
5. Usage restrictions
When using the site, you must not:
- Violate applicable law or the lawful rights of any third party;
- Upload images you are not entitled to process, sensitive personal information, confidential material, or malicious content;
- Distribute viruses or malicious code, or attempt unauthorized access to, testing of, or damage to the site;
- Bypass usage limits, security controls, or safeguards of an AI provider;
- Use scripts, bots, or other automation for bulk requests, scraping, or resource consumption;
- Impersonate the site, resell its interfaces, or misrepresent the source of the service.
6. Poetry and AI results
We make reasonable efforts to use authentic classical poetry and provide the author, title, and text. Image understanding, mood matching, and text layout are automated and may contain recognition errors, inaccurate matches, textual variants, or layout errors.
Matches are provided for cultural appreciation and creative reference only, not as a professional, academic, or factual guarantee. Before publication, commercial promotion, educational use, or another important use, verify the original poem, source, permissions, and poster content yourself.
7. Intellectual property
The site’s software, interface, branding, original copy, and visual design are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Protected content may not be copied, adapted, sold, or otherwise exploited without permission.
Your lawful rights in an original image do not transfer to us when you use the site. A generated poster includes your image, classical poetry, and our layout elements; you are responsible for confirming that each element meets the rights and attribution requirements of your intended use.
8. Privacy and third-party services

9. Availability and termination
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that it will remain free, continuously available, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. We may restrict or stop requests that violate these terms, threaten system security, or affect other users.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from service interruptions, third-party failures, inaccurate results, data loss, use of content, or a user’s violation of third-party rights. Save your downloaded results and assess the risks of use yourself.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited.
11. Updates and disputes
We may update these terms as features, operations, or legal requirements change. Updated terms take effect when posted on this page; continued use means you accept the update.
If a dispute arises from these terms or the service, both parties should first seek an amicable resolution. If that fails, the dispute will be resolved under applicable law by a body with proper jurisdiction.
